If you are having problems with your membership to OurNails.Com please use the tips on this page to help get them corrected. If your problems go deeper than what is outlined on this page please contact us at ournails@aol.com. We will get back with you as soon as possible.


Lost or forgotten username or password:

If you signed up with PayPal:
If you have lost or forgotten your username or password you can log into your PayPal account to verify this information. PayPal keeps a record of the username and password that was given to you when you signed up. You want to specifically look under the "Account Overview" or "History" tab to locate this information.


If you signed up with CCBILL:
If you signed up with CCBILL, you can look up your username and password by going to their support page at https://support.ccbill.com.


Membership Access Problems:
If you are having problems logging into the OurNails.Com Members Area please check the following:

  • Make sure you type your username and password EXACTLY as it appeared when you signed up. Make sure you do you include any extra spaces in any portion of your username or password. Also pay attention to the CASE of the username and password as they are both CASE Sensitive.

      TIP: You may want to COPY and PASTE your username and password upon entrace to the members area. Again please make sure you do not include an extra spaces!

  • Double-check and make sure your membership has not expired. Your membership will expire, in most cases, exactly one (1) month from the date and time you signed up.

      TIP: You can log into your PayPal account and verify the date and time you signed up for your OurNails.Com membership. Simply add one (1) month to that date and you will know if your membership has expired.

Additional Problems:
We make every effort to have our website 100% functional at all times. This isn't to say that something may have happened. If you are having problems with a portion of our website please make sure you contact us immediately at ournails@aol.com so we can get the problem corrected.
